Seller(s) was very friendly on communicating to me once the order was placed. Package was just in a wider box as they did describe as such. Hat looks fine with minor brown lints here and there, though there is a lingering odor compared to other hats I have ordered compared to other sellers (I assume from excessive cleaning). Regardless the hat still looks the same as the listing. Will take a look at more of your selections sometime. I really appreciate the great communication from Hat House. They got it shipped out super fast (I was out of town for a week and it was waiting when I got back) and they packaged it securely to avoid any dings or wear in transit. I knew from the description it would be a used hat but it is in such great shape you can hardly tell at all. It was even better than described. Thanks again so much!
