No fault of the seller, but the delivery was a couple days late. The suncatcher did arrive intact and well packaged. Great care was taken with bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts, and packing tape to provide a safe shipping even in the freezing temperatures. The medallion is as described/pictured. I have returned to them several times -- they somehow find the cutest vintage cat figurines. They are fair and honest and very accurate in their descriptions. They've worked with me to combine shipping and they package very well. I've never had anything from them arrive broken. I just received two more little cat figures and they are the cutest yet!
