There is advanced fading of colour over the spine and some parts of the back cover due to prolonged sun exposure to these areas; see images 2 and 3. There is a school prize giving label on the front fly leaf. There is significant foxing on several of the pages. It is mostly towards the edges of the pages, but in some instances it is more central over the text. and I have included several images that give you a good idea of the extent of the foxing. There are a few instances of grubby finger marks on the pages; for example see the twelfth image. There is one instance where there is a tear to a page; this is shown in the video, image 15, and in close-up in image 16. There are a couple of instances of cracking of the spine, and this is shown in detail in the video.”
