The outer packaging was very battered and the parcel was left at my front door, but this was obviously down to the courier Evri, who did not follow instructions or respect the parcel which had ‘fragile’ marked all over it! Thankfully the parcel wasn’t stolen and the bag wasn’t damaged. I cannot fault the seller who was very responsive and the item was sent out quickly, thank you.
