Unfortunately purchased a pair of weights and opened up box to find only 1 weight. Contacted seller who insisted both were in the box but when it arrived only 1 weight. I’m surprised because box was completely sealed & couldn’t have come out in the post, seller insisted it must have been sent as they said that they were weighed indicating that both were in the box 🤷🏻♂️. We don't know what happened in transit, but at some point after it was collected one weight disappeared. We declined a partial refund but asked you to return it for a full refund.
