The bottles are gorgeous so the condition of the item was excellent but that shouldn't influence your purchase. The colour (appearance) of the ink is excellent (sky blue). Considering the price I paid and the prices quoted for other inks this item is good value for money. Just one word of warning. The ink is not described as waterproof or water resistant but if you get it on your fingers (particularly finger nails) it is difficult to remove.

I ordered a set of 5 first and this set of 5 just delivered is the second set this month . Also the customer support team with this company is first class . On rushing to put the order down , I incorrectly put down the wrong delivery address. But one email to the company and the customer support team soon sorted out my error , and without any delay . So 10/10
