The seller said the jewel case did come cracked and did send a replacement jewel. So technically, it is as described from what they were selling. However the replacement jewel did come scratched, which is a shame. However, this doesn't take away the value from me either way. The case, in my opinion, can easily be replaced. It's the autograph on the cover and the cd which matters to me, more. The case can always be replaced.
