When I said I didn't want it as it wasn't what I ordered they made the return process very difficult. 1) initially telling me to return at my own cost, 2) telling me things get lost in the mail so I'm responsible for it until they say its been received. ebay had to step in to get my refund. Poor experience with this seller.
