Some light signs of use: minor scratches on the button, label, and scuff marks on one edge of the device. Screen was flawless, no scratches or wear at all. I would say the appearance is 8/10 where 10/10 would be a NIB item, exactly what I expected. Came with brand new 65W Charger, and brand new screen protector. Excellent packaging. Accurate seller description on SKU (Z1 Extreme). Would buy again.

It came packaged very well and the system looks brand new. No issues. All the buttons work the speakers sound great I love it! Awesome quality and the price is definitely worth it. Great seller I highly recommend to anybody who is hesitant. Product came clean no scratches or marks except the SN was slightly smudged but still legible. LOVE IT!!

I definitely got a good deal on this for only $444 and the all white design is very sleek although I did break my screen protector under the box when I got it 😭  also the packaging was mid tier at best the rug ally was only wrapped up in some wrap which could’ve damaged the sticks, which could’ve gave them stick drift early other than that great

The gray ones were discontinued in the US so I was happy to find a new one here. This is a Japanese version Switch, but that isn't an issue since it can be setup in English and it plays US games just fine. Super fast shipping and the seller packaged it really well, and it was even cheaper than getting one new at the store. Perfect, thank you! There was a mixup with the listing and the actual specs (honest mistake, it happens sometimes) but I didn't mind since they gave me a partial refund for the difference between models. They were so quick to mitigate the issue. So although the item didn't match the listing spec-wise the customer service more than made up for it. Also, box was damaged, no extra padding besides the shipping bag it came in. Screen had a thumb print on it and brown stuff on the joystick. Super disappointed. I had to buy the game since it was not on thw console. Images taken AFTER I bought the game and cleaned up the screen and buttons.
