They were willing to make customized changes to the jacket. The quality of the jacket once received was perfect. For the price, I can't imagine a better looking or better feeling product. It even came with Level 2 armor. This is where I'm getting my moto jackets from now on. The custom tailored fit was perfect and it looks great!

I was wrong. 😑 The seller worked tirelessly to understand what I was displeased with. Once it was clear to the seller, they remedied the problem straightaway and at no cost to me. Additionally, and to be clear my problem was not with the quality of the jacket I purchased. The quality of this jacket is actually better than my authentic Merlin leather jacket.
