I contacted the seller thru e-mail 3 times and and even gave them proof they received the item returned. still no response. Today (Feb 11, 2025) I receive an e-mail that my order was canceled due to no response. So they are keeping my $45. I even contacted ebay and have not heard from them. Very frustrating.

The cartridges were not delivered in cardboard box, as pictured in the listing. Instead, the cartridges leaked black ink inside a soft pouch and all over my hand. I hope that when it's time to use these cartridges, that there will still be enough ink left to actually get some use from them.
