I’m surprised because box was completely sealed & couldn’t have come out in the post, seller insisted it must have been sent as they said that they were weighed indicating that both were in the box 🤷🏻♂️. We checked with the packer who advised both weights were inside the box when sealed. The weight on the Royal Mail label confirmed this. We don't know what happened in transit, but at some point after it was collected one weight disappeared. We declined a partial refund but asked you to return it for a full refund.
