The problem was quickly addressed and both myself and the other buyer were able to exchange our orders with shipping paid for by Redd Bear. Accidents will always happen, but it is how they are addressed that matters. Definitely a seller that is able to provide customer service when needed.

This feedback positive, I'm just going to leave it alone. I like Schnauzers too. Thanks
