Check before you list, it's not rocket science and if you don't have the time because your a business then stay off Ebay. To compound matters a day later they mark the item as sent when clearly it is not. We have to pay immediately yet these people then hang on to your money and refund when it suits them. We immediately contacted the buyer and offered a replacement for his £85 purchase, the replacement was new stock costing £169, at no extra cost, the buyer however was more interested in complaining, I think you can see that in his feedback. We do care, 4055 sales, 15 years on Ebay. Once the buyer stated he wanted a refund it was processed within the hour, we did not withold funds.
