So, since the packaging had already been compromised I took the item out of the package and the head fell off and the mechanical parts were very loose as if they had been played with. I contacted the seller and they stated that it is new & that it is no fault of theirs. I asked them to replace it & I’d send the one I have back and they declined and told me if I was unhappy then to just return it.
