The 1st one was bad but had to bring it into a bike shop and they thought it was a controller because the battery showed 48 volts. Then they tried a new battery and it worked just fine. Plus the seller WOULD NOT refund me because it was past the 30 days. Now I'm out $200 and bike shop expenses. I ordered a second one in good faith and it came bad AS WELL. Shipping was good and arrived early. Packaging was in good condition no damage. I’ll do more business with this supplier.
