You need to use a heating source (heat gun, even a decent hair dryer) to make the plastic pliable. Goes right on once a little heat is applied, as for taking them off never said they would brake. Just need a flat head screwdriver or something similar to get them off, we have seen them break especially in cold dry climate. Same product as DWT and other companies have been using for years.
