My item was as described, it arrived ahead of time, it was undamaged and communication was excellent. I asked the seller to wrap my item up in some bubble wrap and ship it in a box which was kindly done for me. The seller not only did that but also used packing paper on all sides so that my item wouldn't get bounced around inside of the box.
