Where this transaction falls short is that in the ad it stats a power and monitor cable are supplied. Unfortunately the ones provided do not enable the use of the main features of the device. Took this up with seller and they restated what the ad said. So now after receiving the monitor; I have to spend another $50 on cables and wait another 2 weeks for delivery...

One monitor is absolutely perfect—no issues at all and works flawlessly. However, the other monitor has a visible group of dead pixels, which is disappointing for a product of this caliber. The transaction itself was smooth, and delivery was on time. The seller has been great at communication, and I’m confident they will assist with resolving the issue. Overall, I would recommend

The laptop did come as described, but would initially not start, because there had been a mixup with the supplied power supply. A bigger power supply was bought and the seller was quick to help with a solution. The seller was very good at communicating and the laptop is definitely with the money. It was a good purchase and purchase experience.
