Item therefore had to be returned which was a long drawn out process, with delays at every turn, none of which were down to me but was expected to wait until the item was received back at the sellers warehouse before my refund in full would be returned. Sadly I had to get eBay to intervene, as I do not see why a buyers money should be held to ransom when the problem is not down to the buyer.

I highly recommend this seller 10/10. great value for money many thanks joe.

It was returned 2 seller (tracking wording was ambiguous). On contacting seller, they were v good at comms & offered replacement.This came quickly today,doorbell was rung & it was received (15th) It’s large&heavy (22kg checked). Appearance is perfect,not a second.-‘Carefully Made in China’! Good condition,solid,good value.

NOT the seller's fault but the couriers, they said they had returned it to the seller. We waited in for 4 days in total, they never tried to deliver it to my address, the seller refunded the money promptly, so can't fault the seller, I would NOT recommend YODEL at any cost.
