Ordered the Bolts on Monday. Arrived Wednesday but on fitting one of the bolt heads broke off. Messaged the seller on Wednesday who replied the same day apologising and would send a replacement part. A bolt and additional bolt was sent which arrived on Friday morning. Fitted the bolt and the sofa is now very secure. Grt Service
