I know without a doubt that it wasn't damaged when it left here. You are welcome to return it for a refund.

The package was sufficiently packed, and after I got the right one sent to me, it was exactly as described. Good price considering it had the grease zerts installed. The service was so good I doubled my order. Cut them yesterday and they are perfect. A++
