I just needed a little bit more give in the band because my bra was a bit tight around the back and under my arms. No sewing necessary because they just clip onto the original bra and this has given me more room and no more bulging flesh. Highly recommended for any size bra if you just need that extra room at the back. I can't believe how comfortable this product has made me feel. Thank you : )
