There is a deep scratch on the back that you can catch a finger nail in, and minor scratches on the buttons, but the screen is scratch free. Overall, I’m happy with it. It’s a gift to my 83 year old Mom who has an iPhone 6! I had an old original case so I used that since it arrived in a plain white box with a charger. I charged the phone & it appears to be totally functional. I think the price was great. I will ship it to PR where she’ll use AT&T to connect it. I’m still surprised at the excellent condition of the phone. I highly recommend

Listing stated it was a like new open box phone. Dirt and grime was caked all over the speaker areas. This is not as it was advertised and I would not recommend working with this group. They sent aessage promptly after ordering but that doesn't mean very much if the product is not as described.
