I did not know there was a refurbish option so after a reading the positive reviews I decided to give this a try. Took about 10 days but got it back and works like new! Hardest part was figuring out that unit just needed to be reset after plugging in. Speedy service & great value!

I sent one message asking info and 1 message during repair and both were answered within an hour. The hardest part about this was finding a box to ship.... I got the receiver back, installed in a few minutes, and everything was back to working perfectly. Very pleased with the entire process, great service to save $$$
