Definitely all four mugs arrived in the condition they were sent, so thats all good. Item was as described too. Parcel arrived after a sensible time, taking into account the 2nd class royal mail.. Thank you to this seller for taking the time to over pack and protect them. A previous purchase from a 'different seller', resulted in smashed mugs, due to poor packaging.
