Each mug was wrapped individually in bubble wrap. Then they were double boxed with lots of packing between the 2 boxes. No complaints about shipping costs when this kind of effort is put into packing. Kudos! I had a set of these when I was married to my ex-wife. There was a space where USPS had dropped or stepped on it but everything was perfectly and hardily wrapped and arrived all in one piece! This was especially important as part of my purchase was glass. It was super easy working with this seller and they made it possible to afford something that will out last any new appliance.
