Which helped me to decide to proceed with purchasing the laptop and it was as described. Delivery was fast and kept me informed on the tracking. I would definitely use them again. Bit to early to review the laptop as not used it much yet but all seem fine and hopefully it’s stay’s that way. Once again thank you Dinotech for the smooth transaction.

They suggested 2 alternatives (or full refund). Both were sensible alternatives and I chose one. This arrived promptly. So excellent communications, good assistance with my issue and once that was resolved, prompt delivery. I will certainly consider them again in the future.
