Many messages were exchanged and promises made. Only when I threatened making a claim on 10/7 was the product "found" by Australia post and forwarded. However it is now 22/7 and still nothing. 7 weeks and nothing but promises. Looking at other feedback, blaming Aust Post is the standard response.
