I thought when I saw "free returns" I assume I would have to pay for shipping. Nope, they sent me a return address prepaid label so all I had to do was drop it off at the post office. Turned the box in at the post office and by the time I got to my car, I got an email saying that my refund had been completed. Darn, what great service!

The seller was very quick to respond and shipped a replacement out to me right away with no questions asked. The replacement was perfect and I’m very pleased with this transaction, mainly because this seller is awesome and knows how to take care of customers.
