The seller would only ask ridiculous question about the house power. They knew that machine didn’t work. I finally realized that they were not going to do anything to help me. I had an appliance professional fix it for 300.00. He said there is no way that machine was working when I got it. That company is dishonest and they should pay me the 300.00 for the repair!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
