The other one came dead and when I plugged it in and left it for over 30 minutes it was only charged to 10%. I continued to leave it plugged in and start setting up the Apple ID and it died while still plugged in. Look

Item was used but was in very good condition. Very pleased with this transaction as the price was under $10 and these cases were very expensive when new. I would use these guys again in fact I ordered another case from them for another one of my surface I have a surface 3 which is a 10 inch and I have a surface 7 which is a 12.3 . Use these guys!

The iPad arrived with a cracked screen. When I asked for an exchange, the seller offered a $20 refund or told me to buy a new one, return the damaged one, and pay for shipping—leaving me out nearly $300. The item was defective, yet the seller offered no real solution. I tried to work it out, but this experience was disappointing. I’d recommend buying from another seller.
