I managed to get down to zero nicotine and after awhile I found these stop smoking alternatives. I am now smoke and nicotine free and these help with the habit of hand to mouth. I used to smoke menthol roll ups and menthol vapes so these are perfect for me. I'm 100% happy with this product. A pack of 4 last me about a month and shipping is fast usually a couple of days. A++++

I ordered a set of 5 first and this set of 5 just delivered is the second set this month . Also the customer support team with this company is first class . On rushing to put the order down , I incorrectly put down the wrong delivery address. But one email to the company and the customer support team soon sorted out my error , and without any delay . So 10/10
