On receipt l had a number of questions to the seller about installing the cartridge into the printer. The inks are in separate boxes which is handy. These were much better than my previous supplier and a fraction of the cost. The black ink from the previous supplier would not work but these cleared up the problem and now my black ink prints clearly! Absolutely brilliant! I will look no further for my inks again and recommend this seller totally.
