Known for having penned signature tunes for Bonnie Raitt, Smither has been covered by other renowned musicians including John Mayall and Christine Collister. This album (Smither's 8th recording) follows his HighTone debut album, the well-received Up on the Lowdown. Small Revelations features 7 new originals and 3 covers stamped with Chris's distinct style; key tracks include "Hold On," "Help Me Now," the title track and a great version of Jesse Winchester's "Thanks to You!" Servicing to Americana, AAA and public radio.
