Seller stays in communication and is quick to deal with delayed packages. Be prepared for package to be delayed depending on where it is going. It is "not the seller" it is the postal system. Seller is good able putting a missing package trace on it. Soon as she does the package arrives 3-5 days later.

The USPS as most of you know is not always reliable and the package went missing . After almost 3 weeks of it going missing it finally showed up but she went ahead and cooperated with me and issued me a refund since I had decided to buy the exact doll thinking the one from her was never going to show up . Quality and Packaging was excellent. Seller shipped out in a time manager regardless of the postal service. I WOULD recommend this seller. Seller was a super big help with postal service.
