However, I can't fault the seller, because this IS a natural product - so the variation is possibly quite various. Anyway, I'm not sticking my bottom lip out and giving a bad review ... I can use the smaller pieces - and they work well. My heels are much better and smoother - appreciated, thankyou. I was being truthful. I am still happy even though the pumice broke into 3 pieces as I opened the shrinkwrap ... I can still use the pieces - and it works fine. The price was very good for a natural product, cut and wrapped and shipped ... for heavens sake .... how could I complain. No worries please. I have a photograph if you request. Kind regards, Jenn
