We were a little surprised that even though it said free shipping, it cost us for residential delivery and we paid for lift gate and turned out it wasn't necessary. But my neighbor is extremely happy with his purchase, shortly after taking it back home he had it up and operating. So overall good value and very useful equipment. Stan

The company called and the driver explained he couldn't get to my area on the first day, so 2 days later delivery was attempted again, this time the driver called and said the lift doesnt work and i need to find a way to get the 800 pounds off the truck! I guess I was "licky" because when the shipping truck arrived the liff gate did work and thankfully it didn't fail and fall off.

Could not move package, Had to rent a cherry picker, buy chain from Home Depot. Move it by myself. Contacted the seller Their response was told to "PUSH HARDER" WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM BEWARE OF SELLER !!!
