The seller did file the paperwork for tracking a lost package, but USPS could not find it. They were very fast in getting USPS to track & keeping me updated on the process. I recommend replacing the factory bolt that holds the chute to the deck as I snapped it off installing the new chute. Definitely a low quality bolt from cub cadet. The chute was top quality from the seller.

I did find missing hardware when I opened the box. After contacting them they worked with me to make sure I was offered a solution that was agreeable. They kept in contact, and everything was handled very well. I would definitely do business again in the future.

The package was shipped the NEXT DAY after I paid, plus it was also in the custody of the USPS that SAME DAY! Also, FREE Shipping fee was a sweet tie-in. Transaction COULD NOT have BEEN BETTER IMO!
