If I had a choice between swiveling wheels or no swivel, I choose the first of the two. The swiveling helps to reduce the wear and tear on the back wheels. The back wheels on this cart are much more durable and better in the way they were constructed than the last cart that I had.

I am able to put my groceries from my car into the cart and bring it to my house. I live how sturdy it is and lots of room. The added basket is perfect for my purse.
