It is undamaged. The only issue is it's body colour. It's dark grey and not black as described by the seller.However I'm happy to work with it and recommend the seller to anybody who expects a quality and prompt service.

Which helped me to decide to proceed with purchasing the laptop and it was as described. Delivery was fast and kept me informed on the tracking. I would definitely use them again. Well packaged using bubble wrap, box then plastic and drive in sealed anti static bag. Drive S.M.A.R.T. Test all OK. Read 267.60MB/s Above average & Write 232.92MB/s normal spec. Very happy with purchase. Could have been dispatched quicker. The next cheapest supplier was an extra £43 and no eBay assurances.
