I would use these guys again in fact I ordered another case from them for another one of my surface I have a surface 3 which is a 10 inch and I have a surface 7 which is a 12.3 . The iPad arrived with a cracked screen. When I asked for an exchange, the seller offered a $20 refund or told me to buy a new one, return the damaged one, and pay for shipping—leaving me out nearly $300. The item was defective, yet the seller offered no real solution. I tried to work it out, but this experience was disappointing.
