I did have some problems with shipping but the seller was quick to contact and help and fix the issues. The package, even though arrived a bit late, both it and the product did so in pristine condition. Definitely would recommend the seller and their work. When i unpacked it there was a sticky substance on the back of the figure and on the bubble wrap causing the paint on the back of the figure to come off. also in the picture there were 3 demo bats but only came with two, when asked the seller said it only came with 2 despite being shown with 3. kind of feels like a rip off
