I messaged the seller and explained my situation he immediately offered a full refund or a replacement. The customer service is 10/10 and the quality of his jewelry is 10/10 so far I have got one gold chain and 2 bracelets which I wear daily and the quality is absolutely amazing. Don't go to other ebay sellers who will probably rip you off SHOP WITH NURAGOLD!!!!!! BEST OF THE BEST
