Problem was, they did not fit together. My query was dealt with promptly and 25% refund was offered which I accepted as not worth the hassle to return. Using a chisel and drill, I managed to fix the handle to the mop, but those without means would have had difficulty. I hope the seller does not present a similar problem to subsequent purchasers.

Unfortunately 1 broke so they sent a replacement which Unfortunately was also broken. It was packed well its just the post not being careful. We came to a refund agreement. I will definitely use this company again. 10/10
