They quickly repaired tolike new condition, the instrument cluster from my 2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac.I even have my gas gauge again! It's great to have a working speedometer instead of one that blacks out and causes the power windows and radio not to work! I called over 20 junkyards within a 1.5 hour/100-mile radius of me (Illinois) only to be told none available, 2 were for $400 and $500 each preowned. A real money savings compared to salvaged unit!

From the West Coast, it took about two weeks overall turnaround time to get the item over to the seller, fixed, and mailed back. Seller’s turnaround time is 24 hours, as advertised. USPS shipping is the slow part. After reinstalling the repaired cluster, I had to clear the check engine light before it stayed off for good. Lifetime warranty on this service. A+ service. Thanks.

I received the module and installed it in my Canam. The service DPS module still remained. A technician contacted me and offered me further trouble shooting advice. The board could not be fixed and they refunded me the full amount. I believe they did everything they could.
