The seller was very nice, gracious & understanding. They sent me a return shipping label & refunded me promptly when they received the item back. Needless to say, I purchased a 2nd rug from this same seller & this one does work perfectly. I'm very thrilled w/ my 2nd rug. It was so nice of them to be patient w/ me, & let me purchase a 2nd rug after I returned the 1st one !
