Case and grip seem very durable for as lightweight as it is, however the buttons for power and volume are a bit hard to press. I plan to add a tiny dot of hot glue to remedy this, or remove the buttons with a utility knife. I believe the button issue could possibly be why the open box. Overall I’m satisfied with the price as the case itself is practically brand new.

This OtterBox Commuter case was a perfect fit for my Note 5, high in value and protection, and I love the color -- exactly as described in every detail and brand-new in package as promised! The quality is high and should protect my phone very well, as it is a two-part (soft and hard) case. The seller has great communication, shipped promptly, and packaged carefully. My order even arrived a day early, though we are far apart! Super job!

Not quite as shown in the listing photos! Someone clearly went to a lot of trouble here to obscure/fence off the product origin. Kind of hilarious, in a sad way. BUT, the price and product were good, and the S23 case fits, so all is ok. Your mileage WILL undoubtedly vary.
