When it comes to appearance all was brand new. The box had a small ding, but you can tell it was from travel (NO complaints with it). Definitely worth the cost; great value. It arrived when expected as well.

I had bought this for my 5-year old but when I was selecting the free game, I saw a game that I played in my college days and had thought was discontinued (Civilization Revolution). To may surprise there's a newer version so was excited to choose that one. So not only does my boy get a Switch, but I get to play with it as well. Product received on date as seller noted. Will save seller info for future purchases. Thank you very much.

The gray ones were discontinued in the US so I was happy to find a new one here. This is a Japanese version Switch, but that isn't an issue since it can be setup in English and it plays US games just fine. Super fast shipping and the seller packaged it really well, and it was even cheaper than getting one new at the store. Perfect, thank you! There was a mixup with the listing and the actual specs (honest mistake, it happens sometimes) but I didn't mind since they gave me a partial refund for the difference between models. They were so quick to mitigate the issue. So although the item didn't match the listing spec-wise the customer service more than made up for it. Also, box was damaged, no extra padding besides the shipping bag it came in. Screen had a thumb print on it and brown stuff on the joystick. Super disappointed. I had to buy the game since it was not on thw console. Images taken AFTER I bought the game and cleaned up the screen and buttons.
