They are in new condition, although the boxes they were in were a bit crushed in the outer envelope, the Lightning Arrestors seem to be a of good quality and value as described. The shipping was fast. I would do business with this seller again. Thank you.

The seller immediately responded offering a partial refund instead of my sending the product back. I declined the offer and within 24 hours the seller contacted me again and said in investigating their inventory found its supplier had provided the wrong products. I was then offered a 100% refund and told to keep what I received due to the inconvenience. A reputable seller on EBay to trust
